Ooh, Curling
I'm doing about the same today as I have been. I seem to be in some physical pain here though, almost as if I'd been through some kind of surgery or something. Hehe. I'm currently checking out curling Olympic competition on one of the NBC satellite networks. It's kind of interesting, particularly when you have no better options available.
I continue to receive a ton of support from every possible angle, and once again I thank you for it. I've been worn down so much over the past ten years that it has gotten kinda easy to think I have been on my own and without a lot of hope. This situation has cleaned that thought out of my mind and then some.
Posted by Andy at February 13, 2006 07:35 PM to the Health category & Sports categoryAndy, how are you today, Got a sense of humor going, I see. Hoping tomorrow brings extra valentines to you, lots of visitors, too. I never, well, almost never, get a valentine greeting from any girl. Maybe 2 in the last 22 years ----- it is no wonder I posted the Peanuts Charly Brown cartoon on the Smalltalk forum.
I've learned to accept that I am not adorable to girls but instead I am ignorable.
Keep us updated.
Posted by: oldfatbadger at February 13, 2006 09:23 PMI'm right with you on the Valentines. Ladies at church can't imagine how I could still be single, but I think they must be the only ones. I usually distract myself adequately on Valentine's Day, but it might be a bit harder this year with everything going on. C'est la vie.

thinking about you man. Sorry I couldn't get over there this weekend, as the snow was an obstacle, and on Monday I was trying to locate a new car and settle some insurance issues. Just read your 100 things list. Pretty cool, except that obviously Keanu Reeves is one of the best actors this generation has ever known, particularly for the breadth and diversity in his roles. In fact I thought his portrayal of Ted in the Matrix (4th installment in the Bill and Ted's excellent adventure series I believe) was not only Oscar, but perhaps Pulitzer worthy. In any case, Spring has almost sprung, and I look forward to desperately attempting to return your cheap little net shot as soon as possible. No surgery excuses permitted. Take care, and happy valentines day!

Posted by: GB at February 14, 2006 02:20 PMHow dare you?! I think, by rule, we are obligated to settle our differences with a Keanu video-duel marathon at dawn.
Nice to hear from you. I will start practicing my shot even if it means more surgery. They say I can't lift much of anything for three weeks or so, but it doesn't count if you quickly release it, right?
